Full Stack Developer

Full-time · Antwerp (Berchem)

We're building an AI-native operational system that lives inside clients' existing software stacks: CRMs, ad platforms, analytics tools, workflows. The product is already live with paying customers, running in real production environments. Development and usage happen simultaneously. Requirements shift based on what we learn in the wild. If that sounds chaotic, this isn't for you.

What You'll Do

Build an operational brain that ingests data from multiple sources, tracks actions and outcomes, determines what should happen next, and executes autonomously
Backend services and APIs in TypeScript, frontend interfaces in React
Data modeling in PostgreSQL and third-party integrations (CRMs, ads, analytics)
AI-driven reasoning and optimization, observability and reliability tooling
Own core components end-to-end and reason about the system as a whole
Report directly to the Lead AI Developer. No layers, no bureaucracy

You'll Thrive If

You've built and deployed non-trivial full stack systems
You're strong in TypeScript and comfortable across backend and frontend
You've designed schemas, worked with PostgreSQL, and integrated multiple external APIs
You make sound decisions with incomplete information and can explain tradeoffs clearly
You've worked 'zero to one' before, ideally at a startup where you wore multiple hats
You get energized by seeing your code immediately impact real users

You'll Hate It If

You need fully specified requirements before starting work
You want predictable sprints that don't change mid-flight
You prefer a narrowly scoped frontend-only or backend-only role
You need formal processes and approval chains to feel productive
